A little bit about us. We are design obsessed, crazy about technology and love to shape our solutions around human-behavior, vision, insight and high quality execution. By researching the needs of our clients, their customers and/or their clients we create solutions that are supported by the above in combination with data-driven research (quantitive) and insight-driven research (qualitative).

We achieve this by designing processes where strategy, product and brand requirements meet. Whether that’s in the form of a website, app, brand system or workshop, we work with clear constraints and needs to reach a measurable goal.

Companies are more successful when their way of communication is clear and real. Both internally and externally. We approach our own client-processes much the same way. This paves the way for a collaborative process without any big surprises, but a lot of small touchpoints.

These processes become most succesful when the design process is led by a clear goal and a unanimously supported ‘vision’. Meaning all our noses are pointed in the same direction.

Strategy (Let’s do some thinking)

A solid (digital) strategy is a fundamental part of any business. We’ve all heard of the phrase: ‘Know which way the wind blows’. In other words: to understand what is happening in changing circumstances and being able to anticipate the future. Well that’s strategy. To anticipate by understanding.

A clear strategy is all about gaining insights and researching what that might mean. And then taking this knowledge to formulate a plan and or process that helps to increase the possibility of succes for your business. Without strategy we’d be like a chicken—and I’m talking about the one without a head—running around until all of our resources are depleted. Only to realize we’ve been running in circles all this time.

  1. Analyze
    No two projects are the same. There are so many tools available, all the way from user insights (for example; Simply ask your customer care department what problem they encounter most when on the phone with customers) all the way to Business Generating Canvas workshops or Service Design Thinking workflows. We have to choose these different tools carefully. The best way to do that is by getting to know each other and then explore all the options. It’s little to no help to bring a potato-gun to a bazooka fight.
  2. Organize / Making sense
    To find out what the project is, what tools to choose etc, we need to set some goals and objectives. We then define a select set of needs and wants to point us in the right direction. We frame this all in a set of project-questions. All these questions resemble one thing. They all focus or contribute to solving our problem. They also function as a baseline to measure solutions against later on in the process.
  3. Anticipate
    What future problems are we solving? Which ones need solving right now? It’s important to know that design is an ongoing process that needs maintenance in this ever changing digital landscape. This is why we prefer long term partnerships over quick fix projects. Only then can we really anticipate and be of most value.
