We use design and the power of technology to create products, services and experiences that increase the possibility of success.

A little bit about us: we are design obsessed, crazy about technology, and love to shape our solutions around human-behavior, vision, insight and high-quality execution. By researching the needs of our clients and their customers, we create solutions which truly solve problems and are based on data-driven quantitative research and insight-driven qualitative research.

We achieve these outcomes by designing processes where strategy, product, and brand requirements meet. Whether that’s in the form of a website, app, brand system or workshop, we work with clear constraints and needs to reach a measurable goal.

Companies are more successful when their method of communication is clear and honest, both internally and externally. We approach our own client-processes much the same way. This paves the way for a collaborative process without any big surprises and plenty of touchpoints. These projects always work best when we all share the same, clear goal and unanimously supported vision.

Strategy

A solid strategy is a fundamental part of any business. Great strategy is all about understanding the current, in order to anticipate the future.

A clear strategy is all about gaining insights through research and developing an understanding of what that might mean. This information is used to formulate a plan to help guide your business to success. Without strategy, we’re as good as headless chickens, blindly running toward an uncertain future, only to discover we’ve been running in circles.

A simple strategic approach should be broken down into three steps:

  1. Analyze
    No two projects are the same. There are a multitude of tools available to us when we start out on a project and we have to carefully choose the most valuable ones for each scenario. The best way to do this and ensure we put together the proper toolkit is to get to know your company inside and out. We can then explore options together as a collaborative effort to discover which will best fit the project scope.
  2. Organize
    To lay out the best foundation for each project, we set ourselves some goals and objectives. We define what must come out of the project at the end, from both our clients perspective, and their customers’, and what they would like to come out of it. We frame these in a set of project questions. These give us a focus and help us to solve the problem at the center of the project. Once we have come up with some solutions, we can then check them against this list to measure their overall success.
  3. Anticipate
    What future problems are we trying to solve? Which ones need solving right now? It’s important to understand that design is an ongoing process that needs constant maintenance in this ever-changing digital landscape. This is why we prefer long term partnerships over quick-fix projects.
