BredaPhoto Festival
A fresh campaign style for the 2018 edition of the Netherlands' largest photo festival.

With over 80,000 visitors, BredaPhoto is the biggest biannual photography festival in the Netherlands. During a seven-week photo exhibition, national and international top photographers, together with new talent, exhibit their work at indoor and outdoor locations throughout the city of Breda.

We assisted BredaPhoto Festival in communicating their established brand as well as their new festival style for the 2018 campaign. In addition to the current wordmark, we developed a logo that can be integrated into patterns and imagery across mediums.

Festival Theme

To Infinity and Beyond.

What is the impact of the unrelenting development of technology and science? Are the effects merely progressive, or are we taking a risk by opening Pandora’s Box of potentially harmful knowledge? With the festival theme ‘To Infinity and Beyond', over fifty photographers showed opportunities and the dangers and dilemmas of this progress.

The City of Breda

A large part of the festival is free to visit. Visitors can immerse themselves in unique projects with installations and information.

To increase street presence and recognition, we have created various merchandise items in the festival style.

Every aspect of the brand contributes to the visitor's experience. From flyers and posters to distributed pencils, each element is meticulously crafted down to the finest detail.
